Hello, my name is Tomas.

You know how we all want that “overnight success” thing? Like posting one video and suddenly having 100,000 followers or making a ton of money right away? Well, I actually think that’s not what we should be aiming for, and let me tell you why.

Imagine someone goes on a reality show like Love Island. Before the show, they had maybe a few hundred followers, and suddenly — BAM! — they’ve got 100,000 followers overnight. Sounds amazing, right? But there is something really important: it’s actually super hard to handle that kind of sudden fame.

First off, when you suddenly have a huge audience, people expect you to be a pro already! When you have just 100 followers, everyone’s like, “Oh, they’re just starting out, it’s cool.” But with 100,000 followers? People expect you to deliver amazing content every single time. If your next post isn’t perfect, you’ll get a ton of criticism. That’s a lot of pressure!

Second, building an audience slowly gives you time to develop all the skills you need. It’s like if someone suddenly made you CEO of a huge company when you’ve only ever been a secretary. You’d be totally lost!
