With AI, climate change, and rapid economic shifts reshaping the global job market, whether your job will still exist in the coming years has never been more relevant. According to the World Economic Forum’s latest Future of Jobs Report, the workforce is experiencing the largest transformation since the Industrial Revolution.

The Workforce Transformation at a Glance

The report analyzed over 1,000 global companies across 22 industries, covering data from 14 million workers in 55 countries. By 2030, 170 million new jobs will be created, while 92 million will disappear, leading to a net growth of 78 million jobs.

This transformation is driven by five major forces:
